The purpose of this series is to help new and old listeners review the high-quality diss in the once-hot beef. It should be noted that we are not deliberately creating trouble, because most of the beefs mentioned in it have been calmed down, and readers are invited to read and comment with the mentality of "only listening to the song and not taking sides". We will also describe each beef, peace as objectively as possible.
In the first seven issues of this series, we not only introduced each diss track, but also presented the causes and consequences of the related beef. This is done because diss tracks are usually derivatives of befs, and it is difficult to evaluate the quality of diss tracks without understanding the content of these befs. And these beefs happened in the absolute underground period of Chinese rap, and all kinds of materials are very difficult to find, so we carried out this popularization work.
But starting with this issue, we're going to enter the most important year in the history of Chinese rap – 2017. This year is not only the year when "China Has Hip Hop" came out and made Chinese rap go from underground to aboveground, but also the year when rap Chinese has the largest scale, the most times and the highest diss track quality in the history of rap.
If 2020 is the year of reconciliation, then 2017 is the year of diss, and "China Has Hip Hop" itself and its far-reaching impact, like a catfish, have made the entire Chinese rap circle come alive.
It was also from this year that various types of rap vertical self-media mushroomed, and they have always been quite enthusiastic about the coverage of beef and diss track. Since the beginning of 2017, as long as you are not lazy, you can find introductory articles everywhere, so we will not repeat it. Starting with this issue, we will focus more on directly evaluating the quality of diss tracks.
Part 7: (Light Gai Wars)
In previous issues, we have actually mentioned some of the beefs that occurred in 2017, such as the beef of the living dead and rap club a.t.m top players, the new street mouth group being rap circle and shouting wheat circle combined diss and so on.
But why didn't you put these two beefs in this issue? Because the absolute protagonist of 2017 is the three highlights of the beginning of the year, the middle of the year and the end of the year. And Guangguang's once good brother Jony J also jumped out to satirize Guangguang, "Oh, I still have to play a cultural person with academic qualifications." Hikari ignores Jony J's sarcasm and says to the gai sitting on the opposite seat: Do you want to play with diss?
