author:It's inside the it world

What else does eraser do? What shapes can the eraser print for stickman? In a brainstorming session, the children of 15 Red Army primary schools used group discussions and creative diy to print their hands with unique stickman shapes such as transformers, tanks, and dunk masters.

Wu Kunfang, senior product designer of NetDragon, remotely broadcast the lecture

On November 1st, the second lesson of NetDragon's "Little Designer" began! Wu Kunfang, senior product designer of NetDragon, led the students into the world of design step by step through the three links of "Design Story Meeting", "Design Observation" and "Creative Lab". The students not only learned design thinking such as "exhaustive action", "scenario observation", "fragmentation" and "brainstorming" in the popular explanation, but also inspired design thinking and exercised hands-on ability in teamwork and hands-on practice.

The students of the Red Army Primary School listened carefully to the lectures and had lively discussions in the classroom

In the second lecture of the "Design Story Meeting", Wu Kunfang shared the story of "Guinness World Records" for the students. Before sharing the story, she assigned a thought question to the students: Which animals are the best in the world? When the students learned that the birth of the Guinness Book of World Records was due to the debate about "which hunting bird in Europe flies the fastest", Wu Kunfang guided the students to think about the meaning of this story. She hopes that students will be good at listening, observing and discovering problems, and actively seek out and even create answers and methods to solve problems.

In the first lecture of "Little Designer", the students still remember the unique eraser design. In the second lecture, Wu Kunfang continued to inspire the students to think about other wonderful uses of erasers. Students from The Nanyang Red Army Primary School, the Yulinqiao Battle Red Army Primary School, the Baisha Gutian Conference Spirit Red Army Primary School, the Zhiluo Battle Red Army Primary School, the Caixi Shiming Red Army Primary School and other Red Army primary schools spoke enthusiastically and interacted. "The eraser can be turned into a toy, and it can be wiped and played", "the eraser can also be made of building blocks", "the eraser is very fragrant, it can deodorize"... In positive thinking, the students let go of the wings of imagination.

After the "brainstorming", the students began to diy "stickman"

In the warm interactive atmosphere, Wu Kunfang further led the students to the "Creative Lab". In the wonderful video played by AI courseware, the students learned about the "story of stickman". Originally, with an eraser, you can also print stickmen with different shapes. This time, Wu Kunfang asked the students to form a group to freely discuss, brainstorm creative ideas, and write the ideas discussed in the group, express them in writing, and record them in the student handbook.

The stickman shapes designed by the students with erasers are full of creativity and imagination

After the "Stickman Style Competition", the students handed over their works. The girl dancing by a small tree, the tank, the bike, the dunk master, the stickman with the crown, the Transformers... The imagination and hands-on ability of the students are amazing! After commenting on and appreciating the students' work, Wu Kunfang encouraged the students to try to observe other items in their daily lives and find new uses for it that are more and more interesting. Pay close attention to the things around you, look at them with a design eye, and you may have unexpected gains.

Little Designer is the k12 version of NetDragon based on Design Methodology, with a total of 15 lessons planned. Through ai courseware combined with the explanations of real teachers, the curriculum enlightens the children of the Red Army Primary School to design thinking, expand imagination space and creativity, and discover the fun and value of design in hands-on practice. What will be the wonderful content of the follow-up course, let's look forward to it.
