Then, we tasted the fastest dish on the disc, the Golden Egg Wrapped Rice Cake, which is said to have been made by the host's mother.
The sliced rice cake is wrapped in a thin layer of egg skin, wrapped in three layers of egg mixture before and after the frying process, and then cooked using a six-sided frying method.

It is a pleasant surprise to come to such a selective small restaurant to eat noodles, meals or home-cooked side dishes.
The first Japanese dish to order is kayaku eel set meal.
