Cooking Method:
1. Cut the parsley into sections, garlic seedlings into sections, soybean paste, ginger into ginger slices, garlic into garlic rice and set aside, drain the fish head and set aside.
2. Fry the fish head slightly on both sides in a frying pan.
3. Heat the pan with hot oil and add ginger slices and garlic rice to stir-fry until fragrant, then add garlic segments and stir-fry for two minutes, add a soup is spoonful of soybean sauce and stir-fry, then add garlic leaf segments and stir-fry.
4. Add the fish heads, pour in a small bowl of hot boiling water and cover the pot and simmer for 10 minutes.
5. After 10 minutes, add parsley to the pot, gently stir-fry twice, and collect the juice out of the pot.
