According to the tradition of the north of the southern rice in China, rice noodles, as a derivative of rice, are the food of the south. How it was introduced to Yunnan, there is no exact record, we only know that since it came to Yunnan, it has been accepted by the Yunnan people, and then carried forward.
The origin of rice noodles is confusing, but the legend of rice noodles is told in a similar way. According to legend, during the Qing Dynasty, there was a Xiucai who, in order to obtain a meritorious name, moved to the island in the middle of the South Lake to study hard. His wife brought him meals every day, but by the time he arrived on the island, the meals were already cold.
The wife was sad, in order to let her husband eat hot meals, she thought of many ways, and finally found that chicken soup can keep warm. So she used the boiled chicken soup and put the prepared rice noodles, vegetables, and meat slices in the soup and cooked them, so that xiucai could eat them while they were hot.
As soon as this method spread, people followed suit, and at the same time, Xiucai was indeed admitted to the yuan. Because there is a bridge to cross the island, later generations called it "bridge rice line" to commemorate their story. In this way, a delicious meal was accompanied by a beautiful conversation.
My understanding of the bridge rice line originally began with the brand of Mengziyuan, which represents the bridge rice line of Mengzi. Since then it has taken root in my mind. But I just saw it, I didn't eat it. This time in Mengzi, I really know and fall in love with the bridge rice noodles.
Mengzi's bridge rice noodles are snacks and meals, and it is also fast food. Say it's a snack, it's easy to understand, has a unique flavor, and can be eaten at any time. The second characteristic of the Mengzi bridge rice noodles is that the bowl is large, and this sea bowl teaches people to be tongue-in-cheek, so the rice noodles that Mengzi eats are called the rice noodles. Well, the ingredients are thrown into the sea bowl, and then a scoop of broth is scooped, and the third feature of the rice noodles across the bridge comes - the chrysanthemums, and finally a tray is placed in front of you.
