Use fully ripe apples, wash, remove hearts, cut into 7 to 8 mm thick slices, smoke for 20 to 30 minutes, and then dry until hand is dry, and elastic after letting go.

Varieties and origins. The main varieties and main producing provinces of dried fruit are as follows:

The quality requirements of dried fruits are: dry body, normal water content of about 20%; large sheet shape, uniform thickness, bright color, and clear fragrance. No insect moth impurities, no sediment.
