Chen Qun, male, born in April 1964, Han ethnicity, Yixing, Jiangsu, China Democratic League, joined the work in August 1991, graduate student, doctor of science, researcher.

He received his bachelor's and master's degrees in chemistry from Nanjing University in 1984 and 1987, his Ph.D. in radio physics from East China Normal University in 1991, and his doctoral training at Tokyo Institute of Technology in Japan from 1990 to 1991.
