The general assembly should have 37 members of the municipal party committee and 36 members; 9 alternate members of the municipal party committee should be 9; and 19 members of the municipal discipline inspection commission should be 19. 1 municipal party committee member who is on leave due to the matter meets the prescribed number.
The meeting adopted the "Election Measures for the First Plenary Session of the Eleventh Committee of the Communist Party of China in Lengshuijiang City", and elected the members of the Standing Committee, the secretary and deputy secretary of the Eleventh Committee of the Cpc Lengshuijiang City by secret ballot. Zeng Boyi, Chen Chuangye, Chen Qun, Wu Jianbo, Jin Bo, Wu Xibo, Mao Donghong, Li Siyuan, Xiao Zhihao, Wu Longguang and Zou Dan were elected as members of the Standing Committee of the 11th Lengshuijiang Committee of the Communist Party of China. Zeng Boyi was elected secretary of the municipal party committee, and Chen Chuangye and Chen Qun were elected deputy secretaries of the municipal party committee.
The meeting also adopted the report on the election results of the first plenary session of the Discipline Inspection Commission of Lengshuijiang City of the Communist Party of China. Zeng Boyi, the newly elected secretary of the municipal party committee, said in his speech that the successful convening of the eleventh party congress of the city is a new milestone in the economic and social development of the Lengshui River. The new municipal party committee was commissioned in the opening year of the "14th Five-Year Plan" and shouldered the important historical mission of inheriting the past and opening up the future.
