Reporter: Since Yushun Thermal was founded 11 years ago, what contributions do you feel have made to promoting the development of the industry?
Chen Qun: Since the establishment of Yushun Thermal Energy, I think there are three things that have played a positive role in promoting the development of the wall hanging furnace industry.
First: Yushun Thermal Energy successfully won the bid for 27,000 wall hanging furnace products in Lhasa Warm Heart Huimin Project in 2013, becoming one of the earliest wall hanging furnace brands in the industry to enter the Lhasa heating market. The oxygen content in the air in the high-altitude areas of Tibet is small, the atmospheric pressure is low, it is easy to cause insufficient gas combustion or hypoxic combustion, and generally there will be undesirable problems such as excessive flue gas, substandard heat load, tempering, etc. Therefore, the wall hanging furnace products of ordinary enterprises are prone to the situation that they cannot operate normally. In view of the special geographical and climatic environment in Tibet, in order to ensure that the gas heating water heater products can operate stably and effectively in Lhasa, we take into account the particularity of the actual environment in Lhasa, the R&D project team according to the GB25034-2010 "gas heating water heater" standard requirements, the gas heating water heater heat input, heat output, ignition heat input, thermal efficiency, part-load thermal efficiency, ignition and flame stability, pre-cleaning, gas stabilization function, air flow monitoring device performance, Combustion (carbon monoxide content in flue gas), nitrogen oxide content, domestic hot water performance, exhaust temperature, etc. a series of tests and inspections, as of now, Yushun wall hanging furnace has been the 9th year of stable operation of heating in Lhasa, and the heating quality is consistent.
Second: the national standard "Condensing Gas Warm Bath Dual-purpose Furnace" CJ/T395-2012 was officially promulgated on February 29, 2012 and officially implemented since August 1, 2012, which is basically equivalent to the European standard, and is used with GB25034-2010 "Gas Heating Water Heater" as the main drafting unit, and the standard is in line with Europe both in terms of technical level and product safety, reliability, energy efficiency and other requirements. The promulgation and implementation of this standard is an important milestone in the development of condensing gas heating water heater products in China.
Third: Since the implementation of the "coal to gas" project, Yushun Thermal Energy has won the bid for coal to gas procurement projects in Beijing, Hebei, Henan, Shanxi, Shandong and other places by virtue of its outstanding advantages in scientific and technological innovation, energy conservation and emission reduction, high efficiency and low consumption, brand professionalism, excellent quality and other places, and the cumulative number of winning bids has exceeded 1 million units, making positive contributions to winning the blue sky defense war in the northern region!
Reporter: What do you think will happen in the post-"coal-to-gas" era, what changes will occur in the wall-hung furnace industry?
Chen Qun: With the gradual conclusion of the coal-to-gas project, the wall hanging furnace industry from the coal to gas project drive to retail and replacement market drive, whether it is a whole machine enterprise or a supporting enterprise, will face many changes in the market, technology, channels, after-sales service, etc.; the industry will return to the normal development speed, market growth will gradually fall back to a relatively stable level, compared to the vigorous growth of previous years, the wall hanging furnace market in the next few years is likely to usher in a relatively difficult period, the industry reshuffle is inevitable.
In recent years, the domestic heating method has been changing and developing, and the gas wall hanging furnace as an energy-saving and environmentally friendly heating method has gradually entered the homes of the people. In the case of the gradual shrinking of the coal to gas policy dividend, wall hanging furnace manufacturers began to shift more attention to the urgent needs of southern families for comfortable homes, and the overall development of the southern wall hanging furnace market will continue to improve.
Reporter: What are the specific layouts and plans of Yushun Thermal Energy in the construction of the retail channel market?
Chen Qun: Yushun Thermal Energy was founded in 2010 in Dayan Industrial Zone, Huangpu Town, Zhongshan City, and has completed the production capacity layout of the four major manufacturing bases, with an annual production capacity of 1.5 million units. On May 27 this year, the groundbreaking ceremony of Yushun Thermal Energy Full Premix Condensing Gas Heating Water Heater Manufacturing Base was held in Maxin Industrial Zone, Huangpu Town, as one of the key construction projects in Zhongshan City in 2021, with a total investment of 250 million yuan, a total construction area of 65,000 square meters, and an annual production capacity of 500,000 units, including industrial plants, accessories processing, product warehouses, new product research and development test buildings, national measurement centers, defective product testing centers and other modules.
