Ningxia Ningdong Energy and Chemical Base is the largest modern coal chemical industry demonstration zone in China. Here, coal embarked on the road of "whitening" counterattack, after a series of chemical devices "quenching", and finally became a white coal chemical product such as polyethylene and polypropylene, and further became the raw material for the production of daily necessities such as masks.
From "fuel" to "raw material", coal has achieved the transformation from black to white, and also made it possible to clean and low-carbon utilization of coal. Nowadays, coal chemical enterprises are exploring a low-carbon path more and more broadly. In April this year, baofeng Energy's "Solar Electrolyzed Water Hydrogen Comprehensive Demonstration Project" was put into operation in Ningxia, the world's largest water electrolysis to green hydrogen project.
The project produces "green hydrogen" and "green oxygen" through solar "green electricity" and directly supplies chemical systems to replace fossil energy to produce high-end chemical products, opening up a new path to achieve "carbon neutrality".
