In "Age of Heroes", director Bai Haotian adopts the artistic technique of synchronizing real time with stage time, allowing the audience to enter the immersive experience when they enter the theater, and the number of people changing when the screen constantly flashes reality, and the pointer sound of the countdown reminds the audience that the time bomb is about to detonate. Director Bai Haotian said, "This time I was able to cooperate with many artists in the theater, reflecting the tradition of the theater's 'passing on the help', jointly telling the image of public security in the new era with temperature, and looking forward to more young audiences entering the theater." ”

In order to cooperate with the high-tech-related crime plot in the play, stage director Liu Kedong built the entire stage into a nine-palace cube with a frame structure of the building, using a three-story turntable to transform scenes such as shopping malls, command centers, boxing gyms, police offices, and streets. Visual director Kong Qingyao uses lighting and tones to create a stage atmosphere full of science and technology and modernity, and creates a texture like the future city in science fiction movies with colorful neon lights, LED billboards and other light lines.

Since "The Field of Life and Death", "Heavenly Dynasty 1900" and "The Orphan of Zhao", "Hero Age" has allowed Ni Dahong and Han Tongsheng to reunite on the stage after several years. Ni Dahong plays the criminal Wei Haishan, Han Tongsheng plays Director Zheng, and the audience follows the character into a fierce police and bandit showdown. Lao Hu, played by Liu Peiqi, is an old police officer at the police station, who is still unsolved, unwilling to transfer his post, arrests his old enemy Wei Haishan, and completes the unfinished business of his apprentice is his only obsession. In the play, Meng Ping, played by Xin Baiqing, can calmly deal with complex bomb devices, but cannot deal with problems in the family.
