After a multi-departmental investigation in Kaifu District, it was found that there were problems such as the failure to perform the refund contract and the scheduled refund of the fee, and a "Rectification Notice" had been issued to it, ordering parents who had not refunded the fees in place this year to formulate a refund plan in accordance with "one person, one policy" and return them all before December 31, 2020.

Since October 16, parents have repeatedly contacted Teacher Li of Winston Fuxing Campus to inquire about the refund, and the other party replied that "it is still going through the process" and "waiting for the principal's phone". The reporter noted that the Winston Fuxing Campus is open normally, it is the weekend, many students go to class, and parents sit in the hall and wait. According to a number of responsible persons of the school, Roston English Training School is a branch of Winston English, but it is required to register an independent school license, with a campus area of about 1500 square meters and more than 800 students.
