Pirates manager: Quarterback Winston's poor performance is mostly due to technical problems

Bruce Arians continues to try to revive quarterback Jameis Winston's career.

After becoming the new coach of the Tampa Bay Pirates, Arians immediately promised to retain Winston and discouraged any team from forfeiting the former debut quarterback.

Arians believes the Pirates coaching staff can help Winston get out of his problems. This can reduce the pressure on Winston not only by helping winston improve his skills, but also by strengthening the team's rushing offense and defense.

Winston has improved little since his rookie season, and it's worth noting that his rookie season was also the only time in his career that he paired up with a running back who sprinted over a thousand yards.
