
Eating other methods in order to eat different chickens in order to save your taste buds.
The first time I did it, it was successful, half a chicken

1 chicken (900g)
5 green onions
2 shallots
5 slices of ginger (1 cm thick)
Light soy sauce 4 scoops
Salt 10 g (1 scoop)
5 g ground white pepper (1/2 tbsp)
Step 1
Remove the chicken's internal organs, rinse them and drain them.
Step 2
Take a basin, add salt, white pepper, ginger slices for marinating, rub the chicken body and the inside of the chicken, apply a uniform massage to make the meat more refreshing, and put half of the ginger slices into the chicken belly.
Step 3
Spread evenly and stand still for two or three hours (if you marinate longer, put it in the refrigerator for seven or eight hours).

Ginger, shallots, shallots wash and set aside.

Shred the shallots, mince the ginger, and cut the shallots into small pieces.

When the marinate is enough, serve the chicken on a deeper plate, as there will be moisture when steaming.
