According to the Hunan Provincial Market Supervision and Administration Bureau, recently, the relevant market supervision departments organized food safety sampling inspections of 640 batches of samples of 6 major categories of food such as grain processing products, edible oils, oils and fats and their products, meat products, dairy products, soy products, edible agricultural products, etc., and inspected and judged according to food-related standards, of which 630 batches of sample sampling inspection items were qualified and 10 batches of samples were unqualified. The specific circumstances are hereby announced as follows:
Substandard food situation
(1) The brine tofu sold by the New Century Shopping Center in Beita District, Shaoyang City, nominally produced by Wugang Changyuan Food Co., Ltd., was found by the Sichuan Provincial Food and Drug Inspection and Inspection Institute to be in the residual amount of aluminum (dry samples, calculated in Al) items that did not meet the provisions of the national food safety standards. Wugang Changyuan Food Co., Ltd. objected to the inspection results and applied for re-inspection; after re-inspection by the Hunan Provincial Commodity Quality Supervision and Inspection Institute, the preliminary inspection conclusion was maintained.
(2) Wal-Mart (Hunan) Commercial Retail Co., Ltd. Shaoyang Baoqing East Road Branch sales, nominal Anhui Langlang Good Hearted People Food Co., Ltd. production of fragrant elbows, the total number of colonies does not meet the provisions of national food safety standards. The inspection institution is Sichuan Food and Drug Inspection and Testing Institute.
(3) The beans sold by Yousheng Vegetable Wholesale (Individual Industrial and Commercial Household: Yang Yousheng) in Beita District, Shaoyang City, and the fly-killing amine project do not meet the provisions of the national food safety standards. The inspection institution is Hunan Food Quality Supervision and Inspection Institute.
(4) Eggs sold by the Xiangxi Southwest Dry Goods Store in Shuangqing District, Shaoyang City, the florfenicol project does not meet the requirements of the former Ministry of Agriculture Announcement No. 235 "Maximum Residue Limit of Veterinary Drugs in Animal Foods". The inspection institution is Hunan Food Quality Supervision and Inspection Institute.
(5) Cowpea sold by The West Comprehensive Market of Hengyang County in Hengyang City (self-employed household: Xiao Aiguo) does not meet the provisions of the national food safety standards for the Cowpea project. The inspection institution is Sichuan Food and Drug Inspection and Testing Institute.
(6) The cowpea and fly-killing amine projects sold by the Hengyang County West Comprehensive Market (self-employed households: Fan Baifu) do not meet the provisions of the national food safety standards. The inspection institution is Hunan Provincial Institute of Commodity Quality Supervision and Inspection.
(7) Fresh eggs sold by Chushun Egg Business Department of Huangxing Town, Changsha County, nominally produced by Quzhou County Fusheng Trading Co., Ltd., florfenicol project does not meet the requirements of the former Ministry of Agriculture Announcement No. 235 "Maximum Residue Limit of Veterinary Drugs in Animal Foods". The inspection institution is Hunan Provincial Institute of Commodity Quality Supervision and Inspection.
(8) The purple long eggplant and oxygen fruit project sold by The Desiqin Branch of Hunan Yonghui Supermarket Co., Ltd. do not meet the provisions of the national food safety standards. The inspection institution is Chengdu Food and Drug Inspection and Research Institute.
(9) The celery and oxylego projects sold at the Sanyanjing Food City Farmers' Market (self-employed household: Zhou Jianguo) in Shuangqing District, Shaoyang City do not meet the provisions of the national food safety standards. The inspection institution is Zhejiang Provincial Academy of Inspection and Quarantine Science and Technology.
(10) The eggplant and cadmium (in terms of Cd) items sold by the Jiahe Vegetable Business Department in the Red Star Grand Market in Yuhua District, Changsha City do not meet the provisions of the national food safety standards. The inspection institution is Chongqing Institute of Metrology and Quality Inspection.
For the unqualified food found in the sampling inspection, the Provincial Market Supervision Bureau has instructed the market supervision bureaus of Changsha, Hengyang, Shaoyang and other places to immediately organize verification and disposal, urge food producers and traders to take measures such as removing shelves, sealing, recalling unqualified products to control risks, and strictly deal with violations of laws and regulations in accordance with the law; and promptly disclose the risk prevention and control measures and verification and disposal taken by relevant food producers and operators to the public.
