After listening to the report, Huang Tianfu pointed out on how the Lixian county court should strive for the advanced goal of the work of the city's courts, and it is necessary to combine grasping political construction and the building of the contingent with grasping the improvement of the professional level, combine grasping the key points with grasping the general work, benchmark the relevant assessment requirements of the higher-level courts, actively carry out the work of creating the first and striving for excellence, and strive to achieve new achievements in all work.
Zhang Jingwei made a speech and affirmed the work of the Lixian County Court in recent years. He pointed out that in the next step of work, first, it is necessary to strengthen political construction, adhere to the party's absolute leadership over the work of the courts, persist in taking the people as the center, enhance the "four consciousnesses," strengthen the "four self-confidences," and achieve "two safeguards." Second, it is necessary to strengthen the building of the contingent and persist in combining strict management of the police with preferential treatment of the police; in particular, the leading bodies and middle-level backbone cadres must play a leading role, set an example by example, be honest and self-disciplined, and keep the "bottom line."
