On October 8, 2021, Olympic champion Li Xuerui appeared at the Physical Education College of Chongqing University to teach the first lesson after entering the third year of physical education. Li Xuerui was hired by the Chongqing University Trade Union as the honorary head coach of the Faculty Badminton Association, and before the class, the leaders of the Sports College issued Li Xuerui a work permit and school badge for Li Xuerui, welcoming Li Xuerui to officially become a member of Chongqing University.
Born on January 24, 1991, Li Xuerui entered the Chongqing badminton team at the age of 13 and won the Singles Championship of the Chinese Children's Badminton Competition for three consecutive years. From 2006 to 2007, she rose to the national second team in just one year, completing the "triple jump" record. In 2008, Li Xuerui defeated Wang Shixian in the final of the Asian Youth Championships in Kuala Lumpur to win the women's singles championship, and officially joined the Chinese national badminton team in January 2010.
At the beginning of 2012, Li Xuerui ushered in an outbreak, and at the age of 21, she won the German Golden Grand Prix, the All England Championship, the Asian Championship and the Indian Super Championship, setting a record of 24 consecutive wins.

Li Xuerui said that she has longed to be a teacher in colleges and universities, and chose to teach at Chongqing University, hoping to continue to promote and popularize the sport of badminton in colleges and universities, and to give full play to their own value and contribute to a greater extent. Talking about her plans after teaching, Li Xuerui said that she hoped to continuously improve the competitive level of students in the future teaching, and achieve excellent results in chongqing college competitions and national college competitions. I hope to work with the college to create a high-level badminton project, attract more outstanding high-level athletes to join Chongqing University, and accelerate the construction of Chongqing University's high-level badminton sports team and badminton boutique courses.
In December 2019, Li Xuerui and Qiao Bin were licensed to marry, and in May 2021, a photo of the baby was posted. Now Li Xuerui not only holds the title of Olympic champion, but also a mother and a teacher.
