Born in 1991, Li Xuerui has won many national and world badminton championships in her sports career, is a badminton women's singles gold medalist at the 2012 London Olympics, and is the former captain of the Chinese badminton national team.

Li Yongbing said that the Liangjiang Forum was opened in 2014 and has held more than 200 lectures in nine years, benefiting more than 60,000 students.
