Hotel owner Peng Yue specializes in cooking Dong'an chicken for 30 years, the craftsmanship is a local must, the store has customers every day, and online orders are nearly 400 per day. These labeled Dongan chickens must be shipped on the same day, and after consumers receive them, they can be eaten after heating.

Dong'an chicken is the first state banquet dish in Hunan cuisine, and consumer demand has grown rapidly in recent years. The Dong'an County Government actively guides restaurants to process and sell Dong'an chickens online. At the same time, we will vigorously cultivate large chicken farmers under the forest, dock express delivery companies, and provide sufficient ingredients and express delivery services for catering shops. As of July, there were more than 200 restaurants in the county engaged in online sales of Dong'an chicken cooking, and 15,000 cooked Dong'an chickens "flew" into the homes of ordinary people across the country every day. Last year, Dongan Chicken's online sales exceeded 300 million yuan.

Dong'an County vigorously promotes the innovation and integration of Dong'an chicken industry, and builds Dong'an chicken into a multi-billion-level industry with agricultural belts, and the Dong'an chicken industry chain is currently relatively complete. There are more than 420 large Dong'an chicken breeders in the county, with a total of more than 10 million authentic Dong'an chickens. The county's 4 Dong'an chicken characteristic industry demonstration parks completed an investment of 120 million yuan. There are more than 600 dong'an chicken restaurants in more than 100 cities of national size. Last year, more than 10,000 people were employed in the Dong'an chicken industry in the county, and the comprehensive output value accounted for 20% of the county's total agricultural output value. Dong'an chicken industry has become an important carrier for Dong'an County to win the battle against poverty and promote rural revitalization.
