After I put forward my writing request, Mr. Li first introduced me to his "fog" works. "The 'fog' itself is vague and chaotic, and you can say it has nothing or you can say it includes everything." Fog' contains 'possibilities', not one, but N. When you're in the 'fog' of nature' and you can't see anything, you may not be sure if there's something in the fog, maybe there is, maybe not, it's just that you can't see it, it may be there. When fog enters a realistic context, 'fog' becomes an ideology that contains all kinds of confusing relationships, and when you are in such a 'fog', your social relations will also be blurred. For example, in modern society, the interaction between people is no longer as simple as in primitive society, and the communication between people is not pure. Sometimes friends also speculate that I think this is a kind of human relationship system in the current society, as if it is separated by a layer of 'fog' - why 'fog' instead of 'wall'? 'Wall' it is a material thing, the wall we can push open, when pushed away we see a person who actually exists, but can we see his heart? There is a very mysterious thing between the human heart and the heart, between the thought and the thought, and I think this thing can be summed up by the word 'fog'. Another example is the question of truth, often when we pursue the truth of the problem, it is more to pursue a clear result or conclusion, but in fact, the truth is sometimes foggy, unclear is the truth, no result is the truth, such as where people come from, this can never be clearly known, but if you have to explore a final, can not let go of this problem without an answer will lead to pain, confusion, just like 'fog', once understood' This question can never be answered' is the truth itself, then the question becomes a very simple thing, and the heart is free. ”
Teacher Li respects traditional painting, but on the basis of traditional painting, deconstructs and changes, decomposes the philosophical concept of traditional Chinese art into the expression of various elements of contemporary art, and constantly returns to zero and constantly reorganizes. "I like the things of the ancestors, and if there is a painting exhibition, I must first look at the traditional Chinese things, and then look at the contemporary art after I am finished." The traditional Chinese art I studied was actually to study a little pen and ink, a little study of the laws of writing, and a little stylized stuff, and then I understood the relationship between "pen" and "ink" and constructed an aesthetic of my own. The relationship between the writing and emotion of traditional Chinese art is very good, and the relationship between inheritance and transition is not only a regular way of writing, it ultimately conveys an aesthetic and is an aesthetic effect. When I learned about this aesthetic experience, I felt that I could write the same thing as the ancients, which was very strange. ”
We always expect artists to spread beautiful art to more people, except for entering the art museum, there are very few outdoor works of art. In terms of artistic expression, Mr. Li does not stick to the traditional hand-drawn painting method, and I use installation art, photography art, multimedia production, and modern techniques. When popular multimedia and art communication are effectively integrated, it opens the era of contemporary art communication to the public, and the future will be more diverse.
Mr. Li, who lives in Barcelona, speaks Spanish, and has traveled to many countries, believes that artists are free, and the soul and body are consistent. Fully manifested in Kunming, Yunnan. He is good at printmaking, watercolor painting, and art education. In 1955, he graduated from the Lu Xun Academy of Literature and Art, and entered the studio of Professor H. Mayov of the Leipzig Art Academy in Germany to study printmaking, and at the same time entered the studio of W. Menzel to study oil painting, and graduated in 1961 and was awarded the title of "printmaker". He has successively served as an associate professor, professor and master tutor of Lu Xun Academy of Fine Arts, and hosted the "Full Illumination Teaching Studio". His works include "Good Morning", "Heart Star", "Shade", "Hope" and so on.
