Among them, the number of application materials for 9 items has been reduced again (the average number of application materials has been reduced by 2.44 items) and the examination and approval time of 7 items (the average has been shortened by 1.29 working days); 48 administrative examination and approval items have been handled online in the county administrative service center, of which 10 engineering construction project examination and approval items have been examined and approved in parallel with relevant departments; and the "construction project planning conditions verification opinion", "completion acceptance record form", "real estate property certificate" and "multiple certificates issued at the same time" have been realized, and the acceptance and certification cycle has been shortened. Lu Hongying, head of the examination and approval unit of the County Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, introduced that in January ~ April this year, the window of the Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau of the Administrative Service Center accepted a total of 137 service enterprise matters, with a completion rate of 95.31% on the same day, an actual increase rate of 99.36%, and a commitment rate of 97.21%, that is, the number of cases accounted for 93.75%, and the number of parallel offices was 78, 51 times of extended service on weekdays, 19 times of overtime service on holidays, and 2 times of appointment door-to-door service.

The provincial subsidy for the normalization of rural domestic waste treatment is 1.814 million yuan, the provincial subsidy fund for the construction of domestic sewage pipe network in cities and counties is 10 million yuan, the central subsidy fund for the renovation of old communities is 1.71 million yuan, and the provincial subsidy fund is 190,000 yuan, which better guarantees the construction of the project.
Optimize the construction of the project and sprint the construction progress. As of the end of April, 11 projects, including the Xihe parking lot and surrounding infrastructure supporting projects, the rural sewage county-wide promotion project, the peripheral supporting infrastructure project of the red culture practice base, the Nanpingshan Avenue project, and the road construction project on the west side of Tingzhou Primary School, are being accelerated in an intense and orderly manner. With a total investment of 42.84 million yuan, the road upgrading project from Zhongyun Square to the traffic light intersection of the logistics park has completed the construction of 7,000 square meters of asphalt pavement widening, 5,100 square meters of sidewalks and rainwater, sewage, power and communication pipelines, and is now in the final stage of work. In speeding up the construction progress of the Xihe parking lot project, by readjusting the construction plan, formulating rush measures, and adopting cross-operation methods, the construction period was scientifically and reasonably shortened, and it took only 3 months to complete the main entrance square Pamikong pavement and green planting and underground parking lot foundation construction, plank road bridge, Hakka Cultural Park, cultural theater and other main construction, the project is expected to be completed in June this year.
