To prepare sesame tofu

Sesame tofu

Material:

Tofu, salt, vegetable oil, corn starch, cumin sesame mixed powder

How to do it:

1: Prepare a large plate and add the cornstarch

2: Cut the tofu into 0.5cm thick slices and pat on the corn starch

3: Brush the frying pan with oil, heat it, put on the tofu cubes, and fry on low heat 

4: Turn the dough in the middle and fry until both sides are caramelized. Sprinkle with a fine amount of salt  

5: Put the pan on the plate and sprinkle with sesame cumin powder
