Jar tea is like a bowl of noodle porridge, but the "rich content" inside, walnut kernels, peanuts, pickle foam and some of them, the teeth and cheeks are fragrant, and I also drank three bowls on my stomach.
Therefore, when I walked the "Old Road" in the Shu Dao in the first half of the year, I deliberately chose to live in Luoyang again, and this time Luoyang attracted me not only to "Ode to the Pavilion", but also to cans of tea.
We went down the Jialing River, but at night we couldn't find the "river view room" where we lived. No way, my sense of direction is not so good, as soon as I go out, I am confused. But the so-called one loss must have a gain, drank the golden emblem wine bought in Huixian County, and chatted with the hotel owner, but found out the most authentic place to make canned tea in Luoyang County, and it is next to the Lingyan Temple where the "Ode to the Pavilion" is stored, so that material enjoyment and spiritual enjoyment are not wrong.
Early the next morning, I went to Lingyan Temple and walked along the Jialing River to exercise. Find that farm stay on the side of the road. There are authentic cans of tea, and next to the building there is a wooden shed with a wood stove and steamed buns. A bowl of belly, more delicious than I originally thought.
Talking to the big sister who cooks tea, I learned that we are eating "noodle tea" and there is a kind of "oil tea", but the average person is not used to drinking, that is, they are rarely drunk by locals. Then take a look and ask everyone to cook a jar. Who expected the eldest sister to wash the green onion and chop the ginger, cook the oil in the pot, handle it a bit, and add a number of peppercorns to it. Well, one mouth into the throat, grinning with teeth, two mouths into the throat, all the organs trembling, waiting until three mouths into the throat, but the mind is awake.
I know why many people can't get used to drinking. The eldest sister said that the first thing his old father did when he got up every morning was to drink this tea, drink this tea, and work for a day is also spiritual, so her craft has also been practiced. I believe that. A tourist who came to the neighborhood did not believe it, and before he could drink the bowl, he covered his nose and retreated.
Folk song: "Southeast Road in the water to make tea, chengxi two roads (big and small west road) noodle pot tea." North Road River oil fried tea, boiling tea cans of eggs big "". This "noodle pot tea" and "oil stir-fried tea" are two very representative tea drinking customs in the slightly Yang canned tea. These customs are said to be the legacy of the Baima Qiang people, and some are said to have the legacy of Tang tea.

Lingyan Temple is a national key cultural relics protection unit, but the ridiculous Lingyan Temple is such a big name, so many treasures, not even a "AAAA" scenic spot. Lingyan Temple is also known as Lingya Temple and White Deer Cave. It was built during the Tang Kaiyuan period (713-741), and the front and rear caves were connected by the NaiHe Bridge. The existing stone stele and cliff inscriptions are about 120 squares and are known as the forest of small steles.
I went to Lingyan Temple mainly to pay homage to the "Ode to the Pavilion of The Pavilion", which is called "Han San Song" together with the "Ode to the Stone Gate" and the "Ode to the Western Narrow", with a restrained body, dense chapters, handsome and simple, and a magnificent atmosphere. Every time I come here, I am impressed by this.
The most famous here is also a "Ceremonial Order", which is the earliest traffic rule in China so far, carved in the eighth year of the Southern Song Dynasty (1181), the content is "cheap to avoid the noble, less to avoid the long, light to avoid the heavy, to avoid the coming", which shows the busyness of the Shu Road.
We visited the "Ode to the Pavilion" and talked about the "Ritual Decree", and the Big Buddha was at random. I came for the second time and deliberately pulled a friend to see a couplet:
"Cao Quan is enough to nourish the yin, and The Pavilion can really be aphrodisiac."
Unfortunately, he did not understand calligraphy, and really played the piano to the cow, "the spring wind does not enter the ears of the donkey.".
Next to Lingyan Temple is National Highway 318, next to the National Highway is the Jialing River, and the opposite side of the Jialing River is the Baocheng Line, and the railway is still running. It is said that after the Wenchuan earthquake, this section of the railway was seriously damaged, and even the relevant departments wanted to abandon Luoyang Station, which was retained as a poverty alleviation line at the strong request of the people of Luoyang County, and now it has become a small railway with net red, and I will sit next time I have the opportunity. This time the time is tight, the River Temple can not go, just leave a thought for the next time.
There are so many good things in a small Luoyang County, far away in a corner of Shaanxi, that we in Shaanxi are really a treasure province.
