At the meeting, Guo Jingang put forward eight specific requirements for recent work. Second, the relevant departments should do a good job in the transfer of internal assets, organize and implement it in strict accordance with the plan formulated by the group company, and at the same time strengthen communication and coordination with the higher-level units to ensure that the benefits are maximized; they must further increase the communication with the provincial state transportation company to ensure the healthy and orderly development of the equipment manufacturing group; and the non-related industries should choose the opportunity to clear out in accordance with the relevant plans. The third is to implement the implementation plan for the asset securitization work of the group company, further refine the division of tasks, improve the operating mechanism, and pay close attention to the implementation of responsibilities to ensure the efficient advancement of various work. Fourth, we should conscientiously do a good job in the "second half" of the party history study and education, complete the work task of "I do practical things for the staff and workers" as scheduled, and the relevant departments should increase the intensity of inspection and supervision to ensure the high-quality completion of all work; party organizations at all levels should conscientiously organize and plan all matters of the democratic life meeting on the special topic of party history study and education, and ensure the high-quality convening of the meeting. The seventh is to attach great importance to legal disputes related to coal mines and the stability of petitions, strengthen communication with all parties, and handle relevant work in accordance with laws and regulations, actively and steadily, so as to ensure the smooth operation of enterprises. The eighth is to scientifically continue and rationally adjust the personalized management measures of each group, and cadres at all levels should conscientiously perform their duties, actively and properly handle various problems left over from history, strictly abide by the "nine red lines", strictly prevent two "13 types of major risks", and go all out to ensure the smooth and orderly operation of the group company.
