Second, it is necessary to implement the internal coal long-term co-pricing mechanism as soon as possible, and the participating enterprises should formulate a clear management system in accordance with the proportion of wholly-owned holding and shareholding, so as to ensure that the loss of state-owned assets will not be caused while passing on losses internally; the chemical industry will not implement the long-term co-pricing mechanism for the time being. Third, it is necessary to do a good job in arranging and settling business plates. Listed companies should formulate and introduce implementation plans to ensure profitability as soon as possible, formulate effective measures, and resolutely put an end to the losses of listed companies; they should do a good job in using coal in areas such as low electricity prices, ensure supply, and at the same time settle accounts in accordance with the parity mechanism to make up for the losses of power groups; in the fourth quarter, the settlement of coal by power groups should be carried out in accordance with long-term co-prices; and the coal price settlement work of Jutong Company and Sihe Mine and the power group and equipment manufacturing group should be implemented step by step before the end of the year. Fourth, it is necessary to take advantage of the current favorable opportunity to vigorously open up a new situation in coal sales, seriously study the impact on the national coal market after the opening of the Haoji Railway, thoroughly emancipate the mind, formulate countermeasures, establish a solid cooperative relationship with users in the central and southwest provinces, and constantly open up user channels and broaden the market. Fifth, the managers and the three major plate companies should conscientiously organize and hold a high-quality business analysis meeting, deal with the current accounts of each subsidiary, coordinate and solve the settlement problems of liquidity, construction funds, low electricity prices, long-term price, equipment and materials, etc., to ensure the smooth operation of enterprises; it is necessary to arrange and deploy next year's operating plates, formulate profit measures, and the relevant departments should "look back" at the internal and external contractual management indicators, and at the same time carry out internal business results evaluation to ensure the high-quality development of enterprises. Sixth, relevant departments should firmly grasp the "window period" of coal, vigorously promote procedures, capacity verification, resource acquisition, project construction and other work to ensure the sustainable development of enterprises; we must conscientiously implement the spirit of the clean energy development symposium and promote the development of clean energy projects.
