According to the announcement, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Company Law, the Guiding Opinions of the China Securities Regulatory Commission on the Establishment of an Independent Director System in Listed Companies, and the Articles of Association of Yunnan Tourism Co., Ltd., it was agreed to appoint Mr. Guo Jin as the deputy general manager and secretary of the board of directors of the company.

It is understood that earlier, Yunnan Tourism issued three announcements of senior executive resignations in just ten days. On February 22, Mao Xinli, secretary of the board of directors of the company, and Ge Baorong, director of the company, submitted written resignations to the board of directors of the company. On February 12, Wei Zhong, director and general manager of the company, also submitted a written resignation to the board of directors.

During the vacancy of the position of secretary of the board of directors and general manager, Mr. Zhang Rui, chairman of the board of directors of the company, exercised duties and powers on his behalf. This time, Guo Jin became the deputy general manager and secretary of the board of directors of the company, and the term of office is from the date of deliberation and approval of the board of directors to the expiration of the sixth board of directors, and Mr. Zhang Rui, the chairman of the board of directors, will no longer act as the secretary of the board of directors.
