In the more than ten years since then, whenever our troupe holds a major performance activity, we always invite Li Xiaoxiong from Xining to Yinchuan to join the performance at the request of the audience. Plateau hot soil breeds good talents
Li Xiaoxiong was born in the countryside of Fengxiang County, Shaanxi Province, and with the encouragement and support of his fathers and villagers who loved Qin Cavity, he was admitted to the Dingxi District Drama School in Gansu Province at the age of 16 to study Qin Cavity performance, and has since embarked on the road of Qin Cavity art. After graduating from the drama school, he has worked in the Qin Cavity Theater Troupe in Dingxi For 7 years, the Qin Cavity Theater Troupe in Xining City for 11 years and a large number of stage art practices, which has gradually matured in the Qin Cavity performing arts. It should be said that the encouragement and expectations of his fathers are the strength of his stepping onto the stage of Qin Cavity art. In the 11 years of working in Xining, the cultivation and help of the leading colleagues of the Municipal Bureau of Culture and the troupe, the love and support of the audience, the forging and tempering of the plateau hot land, and the unspeakable hardships to realize the artistic ideals have made Li Xiaoxiong gradually grow into an excellent young opera talent. In November 2000, at the first China Qin Cavity Arts Festival held in Xi'an, he won the first prize for outstanding performance in the successful interpretation and portrayal of Tong Tianxiong, the male number one character in the newly compiled historical drama "General Qin Cavity", and from 2003 to 2004, he won the first prize of the second and third China Qin Cavity Arts Festival for his outstanding performances in the Qin Cavity Modern Drama "Huang Shui Qing" (as Dabao), "Mother" (as Liu Gang) and the traditional Qin Cavity folding drama "Han Palace Horror" (as Liu Xiu). Successive awards have enabled the Qin audience in the northwest to know Li Xiaoxiong over and over again, and to witness his progress and improvement in the performing arts again and again.

In the process of the development and growth of various opera groups across the country, there is a common problem that cannot be avoided, that is, the general scarcity of excellent male actors. In the Qin Cavity Troupe, the contradiction of the lack of excellent bearded students, flower faces, and ugly male actors is the most prominent. With the gradual maturity and fame, some provincial-level and prefectural-level Qin cavity troupes in the northwest region with considerable professional strength and superior conditions have been optimistic about Li Xiaoxiong and frequently throw him an "olive branch" to recruit talents. In fact, since I became the head of the Yinchuan Qin cavity troupe, I have always been optimistic about Li Xiaoxiong. First, our group is too short of such an excellent mature actor as him, second, the long-term cooperation makes us more aware of his artistic strength, human quality, work style, and has a sincere cooperation basis of mutual knowledge and mutual trust, and third, he himself is also envious of the business development atmosphere and team building and business development results of our group and the work conditions that are refreshed year by year. Although the material base of our regiment is very weak, I cannot make promises to him to raise his personal salary level and living conditions. However, I am full of confidence in my heart; as long as my group proposes business intentions, Li Xiaoxiong will definitely come to Yinchuan to work. After repeatedly communicating with the superior leaders and the members of the leadership team of the regiment, I formally proposed to Li Xiaoxiong the opinion of transfer. The result was exactly as I expected. After careful consideration, he did not hesitate to choose our Yinchuan Qinxiang Theater Troupe and bid farewell to Xining for Yinchuan in May 2007.
I have never forgotten that in order to solve his transfer problem as soon as possible, our director Comrade Guo Zhengyan repeatedly sought out the municipal leaders and the leaders of the personnel department to work hard, showing a sense of responsibility for seeking talents and thirsting for the cause. After Li Xiaoxiong came to the troupe, I and the whole cast and crew of the troupe gave him warm trust and support in our work, encouraged him to play the leading role in many new repertoire, pick up the beams, and give care and care in life. In the autumn of 2007, the leadership team of our troupe actively encouraged him to apply for the "Plum Blossom Award" according to his own artistic advantages, and in 2008, this matter was officially listed as the key plan and target task of the troupe's business work in two years. To tell the truth, at that time, Li Xiaoxiong did not dare to think about applying for the "Plum Blossom Award". Because he knows very well that although many excellent opera actors have exhausted their life's energy and hard work, they have no connection with the "Plum Blossom Award" in the end, and even pass by. He frankly said that the "Plum Blossom Award" is just a distant goal that he has been pursuing in terms of artistic struggle and ideal pursuit for many years. However, the enthusiastic encouragement and sincere support of the regiment leaders, and the frank and selfless help of the comrades of the whole regiment gave him endless courage and confidence in sprinting for the "Plum Blossom Award". In the following year or so, under the circumstance that the business work of the whole troupe was very busy, the rehearsal and performance tasks were arduous and heavy, and the business funds were extremely tight, he formulated a special rehearsal plan for the folding play for him "Shen Mei", scientifically arranged weekday performances and key rehearsals, and repeatedly hired foreign directors and teachers to come to the troupe for special guidance. All the comrades of the actor team, the band, and the stage team work overtime for the special rehearsal and conscientiously do every detail of the work. In particular, in 2008, when the troupe rehearsed the newly compiled Qin Dynasty historical drama "Zhuang Fei and Dor'er Decline", the troupe leadership team made a decisive decision and arranged for him to lead the starring role in the male number one figure, Duo Er wan. With the guidance and help of the director teacher and the comrades of the whole troupe, Li Xiaoxiong completed the character portrayal and shaping well, and won the highest award again in the 4th China Qin Cavity Arts Festival - Excellent Performance Award. The award made his application for the "Plum Blossom Award" a success in the first round. After the preliminary selection of the Ningxia Opera Association and the review of the "Plum Blossom Award" jury of the China Drama Association, he was successfully shortlisted for the final performance of Pingdingshan in Henan.

In order to practice this skill, Li Xiaoxiong kept in mind the demonstration and teachings of the director teacher, repeatedly observed the successful examples of other dramas, carefully studied and discussed the essentials of action with colleagues, and insisted on completing more than 30 consecutive cycles each time, constantly reducing the probability of running away. During the special rehearsal of his "ShenMei" origami play, the seniors and leaders of some amateur theater troupes also gave him sincere help and support.
