The order was ordered that Guo Jingming and the publishing house immediately stop the publication of the book, jointly compensate the plaintiff Zhuang Yu for economic losses of 200,000 yuan, and publicly apologize in the newspaper.
At this stage of development, normal people must admit that they have been beaten, after all, they have done something wrong, and they should all be responsible. But the top writer Guo Jingming still has a tough attitude, did not put the little "Zhuang Yu" in his eyes, he did not think about it before deciding to file an appeal, and announced to the outside world that he had never had any out-of-court contact with Zhuang Yu, nor did he consider settling disputes through settlement, a cultural robber who copied his family, not only gained a lot of fame and fortune that should not belong to him, but also tried to put the bitter lord who went to the door to ask for explanations to death, where is there such a reason under the heavens?
Does Guo Jingming really think that he has been wronged? Of course not, filing an appeal to keep the lawsuit going is just a means of delaying him.
First of all, Guo Jingming was a popular fried chicken in the youth literary circle at that time, and his reputation was not so bad, and there were many supporters. His resolute denial of the attitude is bound to trigger fans to respond for the idol, but also to disturb the onlookers' judgment of the situation, thinking of waiting for the final judgment results to come out before making a conclusion, which to a certain extent distorts the direction of public opinion fermentation.

But Guo Jingming is still a head iron, still refuses to apologize, said that "will not be forced to abandon his principles under pressure", believes that "did not waste energy in the lawsuit to lead to losing the lawsuit", a look of honest people being bullied, disgusting people to the extreme.
Since then, he has still had unlimited scenery, publishing books, opening companies, signing writers, filming movies, and developing a multi-habitat development without delay, easily cutting wave after wave of leeks.

On January 2, 2021, there was news on the Internet that Guo Jingming's new film "Qingya Collection" would be released halfway. For a time, there were many opinions, some believed that the film was affected by Guo Jingming's plagiarism, some were upset for the rest of the crew, and some questioned the authenticity of the news.
First of all, to be clear, there are very few precedents for the withdrawal of movies, and the sudden release of such an extremely rare big news is obviously not empty.
Moreover, the film side uses this to hype up as self-destructive, and the possibility of self-inflicted gimmicks is almost zero.
Third, judging from the factual results, "Qingya Collection" did not stop scheduling films on January 5, and was strangely removed from the shelves after only 11 days of release, which set a precedent in the Chinese film industry at some level, and the box office also stopped at 450 million, and the producers lost blood.
You may not know much about the distribution mechanism of Chinese film box office, so I will give you a brief introduction.
