Readers, do you know who were the famous doctors in Chinese history? Although I am not a medical student, I can also name a few, including Hua Tuo, Li Shizhen, Zhang Zhongjing and Bian Que. Bian Que may be the earliest divine doctor who really existed and was recorded in historical records. So, the question is, who taught his medical skills? Before answering this question, let's first understand Bian Que, the divine doctor.

Bian Que, not the name of this divine doctor, his name seems to me to be a little peculiar. His surname was Qin, and his name was Yueren, and he was a native of Zhengdi, Bohai County, in the Spring and Autumn Period and the Warring States Period, that is, a native of Renqiu City, Cangzhou, Hebei Province. The title of "Bian Que" is said to have been called Bian Que by the Zhao people when he was practicing medicine in the Zhao Kingdom, so the title of "Bian Que" has been passed down through the ages because of his superb medical skills.
Why is it said that his medical skills are superb? Legend has it that he could raise the dead. Once Bian Que practiced medicine in a country called Yu Guo. The prince of this country has just died of illness. Bian Que heard an official describe the prince's illness, so he said to the monarch of the state of Yu: "A subject can give birth to him." "It can bring him back to life." After some of his healing, the prince finally woke up and healed, so much so that everyone in the world believed that Bian Que could bring the dead back to life. But he denied this statement, saying: "The more people can not live and die, the more they are born, the more people can make them ears." "To the effect that I can't bring people back to life, because he didn't die, I just used medicine to revive him." Indeed, a person cannot be resurrected from the dead, and if Bian Que can bring the dead back to life, then he is not a divine doctor, but a "divine man." Therefore, the legend that Bian Que can resurrect the dead is only a legend, not true, it is used to prove Bian Que's superb medical skills.
In addition to the treatment of Prince Yu Guo, there is also an idiom that can also prove the superb medical skills of Bian Que, this idiom is "secret disease and avoid medicine". The protagonists in the idiom story are Bian Que and Qi Huanhou. Once, after Meeting Qi Huanhou, Bian Que told him that he had a minor illness that would deepen between the skin and muscles if left untreated. However, Qi Huanhou did not pay attention to it, believing that he was not sick, but instead told the people around him that Bian Que made a name for himself by treating people who were not sick. After Bian Que advised Qi Huanhou to cure his illness for the third time, when he met Qi Huanhou for the fourth time, he only glanced at Qi Huanhou from a distance and ran away. The reason for the questioning is because Qi Huanhou is ill in the bone marrow and there is no cure. Soon Qi Huanhou fell ill and died. This idiom story also corroborates Bian Que's superb medical skills.
People can't be born to know, Bian Que has superb medical skills, so who is the teacher of the divine doctor Bian Que? Sima Qian commented that he was not a mortal. After reading Sima Qian's "Records of History" about him, I couldn't help but marvel that Bian Que's medical skills were really magical. He was as lucky as the protagonist of the novel, after being the director of a hostel for more than ten years, a guest he treated with respect for more than ten years passed on his medical skills and secret prescriptions to him, and let him take a potion that sees through all things, and then disappeared without a trace. Therefore, Sima Qian commented that he was "a non-human being", not a mortal.
And Bian Que, according to the instructions of Chang Sangjun, that is, the guest, his teacher, after taking the potion with the dew that does not fall to the ground, he gained the ability to see through all things. With this miraculous skill, Bian Que suddenly had superb medical skills, and then became a famous doctor passed down through the ages.
Sima Qian may not have known or had exact historical materials, but he was only compiled based on the legends and sporadic historical materials that Bian Que had circulated in the world! Therefore, Bian Que's teacher, Bian Que's medical skills, looks so mysterious! What do you think?
