The author surveyed 40 married women and revealed the real inner world of housewives through questions from different angles.
First of all, the author analyzes the reasons why housewives are not seen, mainly related to the fact that men have a higher status in social work than women, greater power than women, and in the relevant sociological literature, women's family status is overly prominent, resulting in social status being ignored. Together, these causes lead to sexism in the field of domestic work.

In contemporary society housewife no longer seems to be a negative term, as if housewife means leisurely and relaxed, but as mentioned above, this is not the case.
It is a sad thing that we have even extended this derogation to the words mother and wife because of our "disdain" for housewives.
Although in the current society, women's consciousness has reached an unprecedented height, there are still many problems that plague women, such as when it comes to childbirth, marriage and other issues, women still face a lot of inequality. This inequality is caused by the inevitable multiple social responsibilities of women, wives, mothers, housewives, these roles closely related to the family have become a problem and even an obstacle to women's upward development at work.
