"Qin Cao", compiled by Cai Yong of the Eastern Han Dynasty. This small book has a total of 9941 words, 99% of which I know, and I barely know it with the help of the e-book query function. Of course, these are small things, and the important thing is that I can read every story.

Here, I am a little depressed, why as a descendant of Ouyang Xiu's literary novels I did not understand, but I can understand the books of Cai Yong in the former Eastern Han Dynasty?

In this 9941-word small book, Cai Yong included 47 songs. Among them, there are five poems, twelve exercises, nine quotations, twenty-one chapters of miscellaneous songs, and a few songs that are not classified.

I don't understand or like piano music, but Cai Yong sorted out most of the pieces from the author, fate, background of creation to the story related to the work, etc., and some of them also had lyrics.

In these short stories, from the perspective of the text, it is very simple and easy to understand. The reason why it took me 42 minutes to read the 9941-character book is because I was learning to read the text, so it was a little slower than when I read books in modern Chinese.

One of the small stories that I am more interested in is the small story of "Frost Exercises" in the Twelve Exercises.

"Frost Exercise" was written by Birch, the son of Yin Jifu. However, after the death of Birch's mother, Jifu married his second wife, and after his wife gave birth to a child, he framed Birch for having a different heart for her, and designed to let Gif see Birch catching bees for her, causing a misunderstanding, and successfully expelled Birch from the house.

Birch weaves water and lotus and clothes, picks flowers and eats them, and sings about the Qing Dynasty's frost, and assists the piano and drums, and composes "Frost Exercises": "Walking in the frost is cold in the morning, and it is not clear that his heart is listening to rumors, and he is lonely and does not leave to destroy the lungs and livers, and He Gu Emperor Tianxi is cursed." Pain and death are different from grace and bias, who said that Gu Xi knows that I am wronged. King Xuan heard this and said, "This word of filial piety is also."

The story ends like this: "Gif nai begged Birch to be in the wild and realized, so he shot his wife." ”

After reading it, I not only sighed: a man, easily confused by false accusations and expelled his son, after King Xuan saved Birch with one word, Jifu felt that Birch's affair made him feel enlightened, so he shot his wife, which was not the work of a responsible man.

First of all, JiFu does not argue right and wrong, does not insist on trust in his son, and expels Birch from the house without investigating the truth of the matter, which shows that he loves his own face. After Birch was able to declare that the king was affirmed as a filial son, he felt enlightened and shot his wife to show his innocence and righteousness, indicating that he was afraid of King Xuan's responsibility at this time and did not dare to assume his responsibility, so he killed his wife to protect himself.

This story makes me think a lot. What is your own biological child like, and as a parent, don't you have a number in mind? How can a child born with a good family education easily think differently about his stepmother?

When his wife designed to frame Birch, Jifu believed that what he saw was true and did not investigate deeply, indicating that he loved his honor more than he repaid the innocence of his children.

Such a story should make future generations we should have such a wake-up call: do not easily superficial phenomenon to determine what kind of person the child is, when the problem arises, we should carefully observe, how to understand the child, do not let the child's body and mind suffer from injustice.
