In order to establish illegal authority and safeguard illegal interests, the organization has systematically sold more than 30 kilograms of drugs, carried out a series of illegal and criminal activities such as illegal detention, picking quarrels and provoking troubles, gathering crowds to fight, and intentionally killing people, seriously undermined the local economic and living order and caused a very bad social impact.
After trial, the court held that defendant Zeng Dehong organized and led a mafia-type organization to carry out criminal activities such as trafficking, transportation of drugs, illegal detention, picking quarrels and provoking trouble, gathering crowds to fight, intentional homicide, illegal possession of firearms, fraud, opening casinos, and accommodating others to take drugs, and that Zeng Dehong's conduct had respectively constituted the crime of organizing and leading a mafia-type organization, the crime of trafficking and transporting drugs, the crime of illegal detention, the crime of picking quarrels and provoking trouble, the crime of gathering people to fight, the crime of intentional homicide, the crime of intentional injury, the crime of rape, the crime of illegal possession of firearms, the crime of fraud, The crimes of opening casinos, allowing others to take drugs, harboring, and stealing identity documents are punished concurrently, and decide to carry out the death penalty, deprive them of their political rights for life, and confiscate all their personal property; defendant Wang Chengxian committed the crimes of trafficking and transporting narcotics, illegal possession of firearms, fraud, and accommodating others to take drugs, and was punished for several crimes at the same time, decided to carry out the death penalty, deprived him of his political rights for life, and was also sentenced to confiscation of all personal property; defendants Liu Peng and Zou Taoqian were convicted of participating in triad organizations, selling, and transporting drugs, and were punished for several crimes at the same time.
