Bi Ke, formerly known as Bi Dequan, also known as Dequan, is a voice actor and director of Shanghai Film Translation Studio.

Born on July 21, 1931 in Jinan, Shandong Province, Bi Ke went to Bengbu in 1945 due to the death of his father and the poverty of his family. In 1948, he graduated from Chongzheng Middle School in Bengbu.
In 1952, he was admitted to the translation and film group of The Shanghai Film Studio (the predecessor of the Shanghai Film Studio) and began to work in film translation and dubbing. In the years of artistic career, BICKER has gradually formed his own dubbing artistic characteristics: clear words, pure voice, and real feelings.
Beck has voiced more than 500 translated films, domestic art films and science and education films in Garnia in "Idiot", Ferdinand in "Conspiracy and Love", Dr. Chamberlain in "Cassandra Bridge", Tsutomu Tajima in "The Call of the Distant Mountains", Sheriff Modowan in "Revenge", and about 500 translated films, domestic art films, and scientific and educational films in Argentina, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, India, Vietnam and other countries.
He is best known to the audience for dubbing the great detective Poirot in "Massacre on the Nile", "Crime in the Sun", and prosecutor Duchu Dongren in "The Hunt":
He voices Du Qiu: calm on the outside, affectionate on the inside, revealing an indomitable in calmness, and fully embodying the personality of a "tough guy";
He voiced Poirot's voice: the tone is changeable, the words are smooth and clear, and it is highly consistent with the character's astute and thoughtful, humorous and funny personality.
Beck has also appeared in films such as "Stadium Storm", "A Pair of Counterfeits", and "84 and 85 Years of T Province". I was most impressed by his role as "Wang Intelligence Officer" in "Soldier 51"
In a scene of "Outsmarting seamless steel pipes", he portrays the fierce and inward face of a small spy very well
On March 23, 2001, Bicker died of illness at the age of 70.
"Duchu" and "Poirot" have become a resounding sound!
