Fried thousand seeds is a more famous traditional snack in Hebei Province, generally made of pork filling, eggs, flour and other raw materials, the taste is salty. However, the fried thousand seeds in Xiongxian are filled with bean paste, and the taste is sweet. It is sweet and crispy, tastes wonderful, can be used as a staple food, can also be used as a snack snack, and even without exaggeration, Chinese New Year's Eve, wedding banquets and other important occasions must have it.

Xiongxian Fried Chiko has its own characteristics.
Xiongxian fried thousands of children to select high-quality red beans, cooked and then poured out the soup, the red beans are crushed into sand, a little peanut oil is added to the hot pot, and stir-fried to make bean paste. Why do you have to fry it? One is that the fried taste is good, and the other is that the fried bean paste is not easy to deteriorate.

Then mix the fine white noodles into a batter and spread them into sheets of pancakes in a hot pan. Next, wrap the bean paste with pancakes, roll into a roll with a diameter of about 4 cm, and then evenly wrap the paste made of yellow rice noodles on the outside, put it into the oil pan, and the chopsticks will be stirred from time to time to make it tumble, and fry until the surface is crisp and the color is brown. After taking it out, cut it into about 6 cm segments and eat it.
