A few days ago, the Wuhan Public Resources Exchange Center released the announcement of the general contracting (including preliminary design) of the second phase of the domestic waste incineration power generation project in The Qianzishan Circular Economy Industrial Park in Wuhan City, with a project budget of 1521.5896 million yuan.
According to the environmental impact assessment information of the project, the project construction unit is Wuhan Environmental Investment and Development Group Co., Ltd. The construction site of the project is located in The first phase of the domestic waste incineration power generation project of the Qianzishan Circular Economy Industrial Park in Wuhan City, Caidian District, Wuhan City. The construction scale of this phase is 2×750t per day for domestic waste, 2 sets of mechanical grate furnaces with a processing capacity of 750t/d, 1 set of 45mw steam turbine generator set, construction of a sludge dewatering system, and synchronous construction of corresponding environmental protection, auxiliary and public facilities.
Existing projects and their environmental protection: The construction scale of the first phase of the domestic waste incineration power generation project in Wuhan Qianzishan Circular Economy Industrial Park is 1500t/d, including 1200t/d of domestic garbage and 300t/d of sludge, the construction of 2 sets of 750t/d mechanical grate furnaces, equipped with a 30mw condensing steam turbine generator set. The flue gas is discharged after the "sncr + semi-dry method + dry method + activated carbon injection + bag filter + scr" treatment standard; the leachate is reused after the "pretreatment + anaerobic + mbr + nf + ro" treatment process is met; the fly ash is transported to the hazardous waste landfill of the park after being treated by "chelating + cement curing"; the slag is all used for the comprehensive utilization of construction waste to make bricks. At present, the first phase of the project is in the construction stage and has not yet been completed and put into operation.
It is reported that Wuhan Qianzishan Circular Economy Industrial Park is the first recycling industrial park project in China to integrate six sub-projects such as domestic waste incineration, industrial hazardous waste and medical waste treatment, construction waste treatment, organic waste treatment, municipal sludge treatment, etc., and the "six major sub-projects" are concentrated in one park, and equipped with sewage and leachate treatment plants, safety landfill areas, comprehensive management service centers and other supporting auxiliary facilities of the circulation industrial park, covering an area of 843 acres, after completion can process more than 7,000 tons of garbage per day. The park will incorporate six major solid waste treatment projects into an industrial symbiosis "big park" in an industrial chain, which will achieve "zero discharge" of wastewater, waste residue and full recycling of materials in the park.
