At present, the equipment has passed the appraisal of the Municipal Institute of Metrology and Quality Inspection, and is connected to the Chongqing Traffic Law Enforcement Service Platform, and is scheduled to be officially put into use at 24:00 on November 30.
The testing point is located near the intersection of Chongqing Ring Expressway and G212 National Highway, adjacent to the exit of The Ring Expressway. On October 28, the Shapingba District Transportation Bureau held a meeting to publicize the over-limit and overload control work of the g212 Thousand Gate Dynamic Monitoring detection point. Representatives of Aokiguan Town, Fenghuang Town, Huilongba Town, Shapingba Brigade of District Traffic Law Enforcement Brigade, District Highway Maintenance Center, District Traffic Service Center, and relevant freight companies in the district attended the publicity meeting.
At the meeting, the Traffic Bureau introduced the relevant situation of the Qianzimen dynamic monitoring and detection point; the Shapingba Law Enforcement Brigade explained the penalties related to the control of vehicle overload; and the Phoenix Town explained the situation of the major freight enterprises around the G212 Qianzimen dynamic monitoring and detection point.
The Traffic Bureau said that in strict accordance with the requirements of the ministry and municipal level, the normalization of the over-limit and overload control work, the next step will also be based on the over-limit overload control effect, consider the construction of fixed over-control stations and other non-stop dynamic monitoring and detection points. At the same time, it is also emphasized that all units should attach great importance to raising awareness, strengthening publicity and education and information transmission, resolutely curbing the occurrence of illegal transportation behaviors that exceed the limit and overload, and ensure the safe and smooth flow of traffic roads in our region.
