
Strange flavored cucumber
Ingredients: cucumber
Accessories: shiitake mushrooms, peanut rice, rotten bamboo, green onion, ginger, garlic, coriander.
Seasoning: salt, monosodium glutamate, chicken essence, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, dried chili.
Preparation: 1 Cut the cucumber into pieces, salt and marinate for 15 minutes, squeeze dry and rinse and set aside.
2 Cut the soaked bamboo into segments, blanch the shiitake mushrooms and cut into strips, take a small bowl, add salt, sugar, monosodium glutamate, chicken essence, vinegar, soy sauce, green onion, ginger and garlic foam to make the sauce.
3 Add bamboo, peanuts, shiitake mushrooms to the cucumber, pour in the sauce and stir well, add a little sesame oil to the pot, add cooking oil into the dried chili peppers
