Nowadays, the fine white noodles are in charge, and the miscellaneous noodles are difficult to find, so you have to go to the homes of relatives in the countryside to get them, in order to remember that unforgettable memory. Although the churn is not valuable, it is expensive and rare, and the side dishes cannot be exquisite. It can be said that "tofu is eaten into meat money", but the brothers are still happy.

In the difficult years when they were young, fine white noodles were rare, so mixed grains were the way. These noodles are the most memorable taste of their hometown in their memories. The food made by eating mixed noodles is not bittersweet, but a favorite in the bones.

The rice block made of bean noodles here is called burning rice, and the eating method is similar to that of stirring dough.
