5. Fold and seal the lotus leaves, put them in a steamer, steam and turn to medium heat to steam for 40 minutes
6. After steaming, open the lotus leaves and sprinkle them with green onions to decorate them, so that the fragrant lotus rib rice is completed
Tips: Marinate the ribs for a long time, the taste will be better, the rib rice can be tasted after 40 minutes of steaming, if you feel that it is not soft enough, you can continue to steam for another 10-15 minutes
