
Required ingredients
400 g celery, 200 g shrimp, oil to taste, 2 cloves of garlic, a pinch of salt, a little starch cooking steps
Step 1: Wash the parsley, shave and strip and cut into diamond shapes.
Step 2: Pour the chopped parsley into boiling water and fish it out.
Step 3: Peel the shrimp and remove the head and tail. Use a toothpick to gently pick out the intestinal line from the third section and pull it open to wash.
Step 4: Add a little cooking wine to the peeled shrimp and marinate for 5 minutes (to help remove the fishy smell). After marinating, pour into boiling water and fish.
Step 5: Pour in a little cooking oil, cook until 7 ripe, add garlic slices and stir-fry until fragrant, add shrimp and stir-fry.
Step 6: The shrimp change color slightly and then pour in the celery and stir-fry together.
Step 7: Stir-fry over high heat, add a little salt, add the mixed mustard powder, drop 2 drops of sesame oil and prepare to pan!
