Zhang Haipeng did too many evil things, and later he couldn't stay in his hometown, so he moved his family to Xinlitun in Heishan County, so people who don't know the old theory say that Zhang Haipeng is a Montenegrin, and some people say that he is from Yingkou Gai County.
