The consortium is advocated and led by Hubei Grain Industry Association, Hubei Provincial High-quality Rice Industry Alliance, Hubei Rapeseed Oil Brand Innovation and Development Alliance, Hubei Grain and Oil Group, and the grain and oil processing enterprises, cooperatives, family farms and other new agricultural entities in the hubei province's high-quality rice and rapeseed oil industry chain jointly participate, and the members of the consortium take "voluntary equality, innovative development, benefit sharing, risk sharing, and win-win cooperation" as the principle, give full play to the overall industrial advantages, establish a mechanism for benign competition and promote mutual benefit. Wan Weidong, president of the Hubei Grain Industry Association, secretary of the party committee and chairman of the board of directors of Hubei Grain and Oil Group, delivered a speech at the inaugural meeting, pointing out: This year, the provincial party committee and the provincial government focused on the construction of ten key agricultural industrial chains, and implemented the "ten million" project to cultivate and expand the leading enterprises in agricultural industrialization, and the agriculture of our province ushered in an unprecedented opportunity for development. As a large-scale state-owned grain and oil enterprise under the provincial government, the Provincial Grain and Oil Group has a heavy responsibility and unshirkable responsibility in the construction of key agricultural industrial chains. The meeting adopted the establishment plan and charter of the agricultural industrialization consortium of the whole industrial chain of high-quality rice and rapeseed oil in Hubei Province, and elected the chairman, vice chairman unit and secretary general of the agricultural industrialization consortium of the whole industrial chain of high-quality rice in Hubei Province and the agricultural industrialization consortium of the whole industry chain of rapeseed oil in Hubei Province.
During the meeting, Hubei Grain and Oil Group signed the Industrial Chain Cooperation Agreement with relevant enterprises.
