Zhang Yuhua said that integrity is the foundation of the operation of the catering business, and it is also an important character for people to deal with the world. The ingredients in the store have a fixed supplier, beef is fresh yellow beef slaughtered on the same day, and other accessories are also used on the day of purchase on the same day, which strictly ensures the freshness of the food and makes a good taste. In this way, one pass ten, ten pass a hundred, her family's small shop gradually won the market and word of mouth.

"She's clean, clean, smells good, and has plenty of portions. I used to come to eat when her shop first opened, when I was still pregnant with my daughter, and now I often come to eat with my daughter and grandson, and every time she cooks an extra serving for my grandson. Zhao Ling, an old customer of the powder shop, said that Zhang Yuhua did the same for other guests with children.

Zhang Yuhua often encounters careless guests who forget their belongings in the store, and she always tries to return them to the owner. "Once when I was cleaning up the table, I picked up the backpack that the guest had lost, and when I opened it, I saw that there was 30,000 yuan in cash inside, and I thought the owner must be very anxious." Zhang Yuhua said that she hurriedly kept the backpack to wait for the owner to return, and was ready to hand it over to the police station before anyone could wait. After about 20 minutes, the owner came back in a hurry to find it, and after confirming the information, she returned the backpack and declined the owner's thank-you fee. Under the influence of Zhang Yuhua, the employees in the store also insisted on collecting gold.

In 2014, with its characteristic delicious and honest and trustworthy business reputation, Shenxiang Beef Noodle Shop won the title of "Top Ten Beef Noodles in Guiyang City" and the medal of "Guizhou Famous Beef Powder".

In October 2020, Zhang Yuhua was selected into the "Guizhou Good People List" and was rated as "Honest and Trustworthy Guizhou Good People".
