In order to further strengthen the comprehensive management of electric bicycle fire safety, promote the construction of electric bicycle charging piles in multi-storey communities, and effectively curb and prevent the development momentum of electric bicycle fires, recently, the Daning County Fire and Rescue Brigade has been focusing on the source of the problem and actively cooperating with multiple departments in the jurisdiction to carry out fire safety investigation and rectification of electric bicycles in some communities in the county to ensure that the fire situation continues to be stable.
In the process of rectification, the staff investigated and cleaned up the hidden dangers of indiscriminate parking of electric bicycles and private wires, especially the high-altitude "flying wire" charging, patiently persuaded the owners to charge safely on the charging device of the electric bicycle shed, and carried out fire safety publicity and education for residents, popularized the hazards of parking electric bicycles at safety exits, indoor charging and the serious consequences caused by fires, and gradually standardized the charging behavior of electric bicycles in residential areas, and effectively eliminated fire safety hazards.
During the period, the brigade also contacted the local mainstream media to expose the illegal parking and illegal charging of electric bicycles, forming a strong momentum and causing strong repercussions in the society, and then urging all places to take the initiative to implement the main responsibility of fire safety, regularly and consciously carry out the "three clearances and three customs", and unblock the "life channel" action of fire protection, so as to create a fire safety atmosphere of "co-construction and sharing, group prevention and treatment" in the whole society.
