I have an old-fashioned pressure cooker, an electric pressure cooker. When I didn't have an electric pressure cooker before, I thought the pressure cooker was pretty good, and the soup stew was very fast. But since I bought an electric pressure cooker, I think it's better to use an electric pressure cooker. Electric pressure cookers are smart and multi-functional.

The old-fashioned pressure cooker has few functions, and the operation process needs to be controlled, such as the length of time, the size of the fire, and sometimes the control is not good, either the meat is not stewed, or the stew is paste.
The best thing is that electric pressure cookers are safer than old-fashioned pressure cookers.
My house is basically an electric pressure cooker now, and the old-fashioned pressure cooker is idle.
