At the beginning of the event, the various "ice-breaking" games designed by the head coach of this event quickly broke the "strangeness" between the cadres of the neighborhood committee and improved the "familiarity". By completing the tasks assigned by the coach on the spot, the cadres of the neighborhood committee were divided into a number of "teams", and each "team" also gave a team name and shouted slogans, which was full of momentum! They will communicate and coordinate with each other in the follow-up activities, let's see which "teams" are divided into!

Building a tower together is designed to test the team's "tacit understanding".
After the end of the "icebreaking" operation, everyone has been involved in this activity. You need to build a model according to the mission book distributed by the coach. At the event site, the three "squads" discussed countermeasures before the start of the game, and everyone worked together to control the hanging board, and re-positioned and started again as soon as it fell! Through "building a tower together", everyone's execution has been tempered, and the tacit understanding between team members has been greatly improved!

Ultimate Frisbee is designed to test the team's "adaptability".
After a short break from building a tower together, everyone started the "Ultimate Frisbee" activity in a burst of laughter. The ultimate frisbee project includes a variety of frisbee games such as "frisbee relay", "100 shots", "100 shots", "9 out of 10 wins" and so on. During the process, members need to adhere to the concept of "solidarity, cooperation, and mutual help" to participate in this activity. The "Squad" needs to complete three "plays" in the shortest amount of time, and the team with the shortest time will win! The "squads" cooperated with each other to practice, and after fierce competition, the third "squad" - the red fire team won the victory!
