In the process of collecting wishes, the elderly living alone in the jurisdiction reported that it was inconvenient to cook, and wanted the community to establish an old restaurant for the elderly to eat nearby. The center responded to the residents' demands as soon as possible and invited representatives of relevant industry representatives to hold a discussion meeting to jointly coordinate the settlement of catering enterprises. On April 23, the first community in the central area began to open for the old restaurant, and the 10 yuan a love meal was both meat and vegetarian, which made people feel warm and assured. At present, the center has handled 9,455 related services for residents, covering all aspects of residents' lives, such as the issuance of various subsidies, the certification of insurance information qualifications, and medical assistance. One-stop multi-dimensional data management

Through the establishment of a grid linkage platform, the center specially arranges grid staff to adopt the "staggered work method" to conduct uninterrupted inspections in their respective areas, grasp the household information in real time, improve the people-room correlation system, and comprehensively grasp the number of people-houses in the jurisdiction, so as to realize the integration of multiple networks by housing and people. Relying on intelligent management platforms such as "digital urban management", we take the initiative to find all kinds of problems, work together to resolve conflicts and disputes, and jointly provide convenient services for residents. In March 2024, the center received a reminder from the "Digital Urban Management" platform that the façade of the east side of Building 9 of Mingdu Hejing Community in the jurisdiction fell off, and there were potential safety hazards. According to the prompt, the center immediately started the treatment plan, on-site inspection, after verifying and confirming the situation, invited the people's congress deputies engaged in legal work to communicate and negotiate with the property and the developer, and contacted the developer and the property to reinforce and repair the wall, and the surface layer was plastered, so as to eliminate potential safety hazards in a timely manner. Since 2024, the center has received a total of 37 cases appointed by "digital urban management", all of which have been properly handled, promoting the efficient development of resource integration and information sharing online + offline.

One-stop diversified reception of letters and visits

According to the actual work, the center has formulated the "Implementation Plan for the Petition Agency of the Dingxiang Road Regional Service Center", launched the "two full charge d'affaires" order mode of "active assistant agency, entrusted assistant agency, and designated assistant agency", and stipulated that one day a week is the "letter and visit reception day", and the main person in charge of the party and government of the center will receive the residents' representatives, listen to the voices of the people, and resolve neighborhood conflicts. One-stop multi-litigation mediation

The center makes full use of the advantages of proximity and locality, and cooperates with the people's court of Xincheng District and the people's congress deputies engaged in legal work to jointly establish a "litigation source governance" workstation, which integrates people's mediation, legal services, administrative mediation, judicial mediation, and confirmation, and one-stop acceptance, effective screening, accurate diversion, on-site mediation, real-time supervision, and guidance in accordance with the law, forming a closed loop of work and responsibility, and realizing the safe grassroots of non-litigation communities and non-litigation streets. With the unremitting efforts of the center and the litigation source management workstation, the number of various conflicts and disputes within the jurisdiction of the regional center has been greatly reduced. At the end of 2023, the Centre worked closely with the Xincheng District Court to successfully resolve an eight-year wage arrears case through pre-litigation mediation. Since the establishment of the "Litigation Source Management" workstation, the regional center has accepted a total of 139 mediation cases of conflicts and disputes, and successfully mediated 127 cases, with a mediation success rate of 91.36%.

One-stop multi-faceted litigation and immediate handling

On the basis of the original 12345 complaint handling management system, the center conducts further demand analysis, excavates the root cause of residents' demands, improves service methods, and responds to residents' complaints and superiors' dispatch of orders to reflect residents' running floor drains, garbage disposal, property disputes and other contradictions. And actively play the role of people's congress deputies at all levels in supervision, the residents of the jurisdiction of the strong feedback of the problems into the municipal people's congress proposals, to promote the government departments to coordinate and solve. Through the analysis of the immediate handling of the case, it was found that residents are most worried about safety in their daily lives. In order to effectively prevent safety accidents caused by illegal charging of electric vehicles, the center has made every effort to promote the installation of intelligent elevator identification and barrier systems, and has installed 468 elevators, completing 51% of the total number of elevators in the central area, which has greatly improved the "safety index" of residents' lives. So far in 2024, the center has received a total of 1,456 complaints from residents, and successfully completed 1,296 cases, with a success rate of 88.46%.

The center, together with the municipal and district people's congress committees, jointly set up a "grassroots legislative contact point" to weave a dense supervision network, widely participate in grassroots governance work, listen to the voices of the grassroots people, widely solicit opinions and suggestions from the masses, and efficiently assist the people's congresses at the two levels to collect legislative basis while achieving greater efficiency in gathering the wisdom of the people, accepting the words of a hundred schools, solving the problems of the people, and calling on the people's opinions. At present, it has provided 26 opinions and suggestions for three local regulations, including the Regulations on the Promotion of Museums in Hohhot City (Draft for Solicitation of Opinions), the Regulations on the Work of Hohhot Sub-district Offices (Revised Draft), and the Regulations on the Property Management of Residential Quarters in Hohhot City (Revised Draft). And take the initiative to invite 22 representatives of the Municipal People's Congress and 39 representatives of the District People's Congress to form a "mother's family mediation room" to jointly resolve residents' daily disputes in various forms such as patient persuasion, legal aid, and supervision, so as to realize people's mediation and truly play the role of "two representatives and one member".
