On May 9, the Anti-Terrorism and Special Patrol Police Brigade of the Yuquan District Public Security Bureau conducted on-the-spot supervision and inspection of the anti-terrorism prevention work of four health systems, including the First Hospital of Hohhot, the Second Hospital of Hohhot, the Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Hohhot, and the Stomatological Hospital of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.
This inspection focuses on the current anti-terrorism force prevention, equipment construction, monitoring facility construction, emergency response plan, etc., physical and technical defense facilities and the implementation of various anti-terrorism prevention measures in each hospital. Ensure that these key facilities are in good operating condition, and put forward specific work opinions according to the inspection situation, for the problems and hidden dangers found in the inspection, the police put forward clear rectification requirements on the spot, requiring the hospital to improve ideological understanding, in accordance with the prevention standards, with strong security personnel, regularly carry out anti-terrorism emergency drills and training, to ensure that security personnel can correctly use anti-riot equipment, enhance the awareness of prevention of employees, strengthen daily patrol efforts, and ensure that emergencies can be dealt with in a timely and effective manner.
At the same time, the police instructed the security personnel on how to correctly use anti-riot equipment and emergency response methods, and required the person in charge of the hospital to strictly implement the main responsibility of safety, and to increase the investigation of risk contradictions between doctors and patients, so as to ensure that emergencies can be dealt with in a timely manner.
Through this inspection, the effective implementation of the anti-terrorism prevention management system and measures of the hospitals in the jurisdiction has been promoted, the awareness of safety precautions has been further strengthened, and the safety and stability of the hospital and the personal and property safety of medical staff and patients have been added.
