Established in March 2023, the railway community "Red Pomegranate Station" has a total of 18 staff, including 9 members of the volunteer service team, including legal aid personnel, conflict and dispute mediation and resolution personnel, representatives of ethnic minorities, and personnel stationed in social organizations. Since its establishment, it has provided "one-stop" services for the floating population in the fields of registration and certification, labor and employment, hardship assistance, policy consultation, legal aid, etc., and implemented the information collection and management of the floating population of all ethnic groups by relying on the grid management system. At the same time, mass activities such as calligraphy, painting, free clinics, lectures, art performances, and knowledge competitions are widely carried out in the "Red Pomegranate Station" to promote extensive exchanges, comprehensive exchanges, and in-depth integration of various ethnic groups, and build a common spiritual home. Up to now, more than 40 activities have been carried out, benefiting more than 1,000 people of all ethnic groups.
Strengthen the construction of positions and build a "heart-to-heart chain" of exchanges

Set up service windows, set up volunteer service posts, equip "red pomegranate" volunteers, issue convenient service cards, establish systems such as visitor reception, first question responsibility, and time-limited completion, provide consultation, guidance, coordination and other services for the people of all ethnic groups who come to work, and adopt "one-stop acceptance, general service, and precise assistance" for the difficulties and needs raised.

The second is to establish a contradiction and dispute mediation team, relying on the "12345" platform to handle complaints immediately, unblock the channels for residents to report problems, implement the work mode of "entering the grid every day and fully grasping the situation", regularly organize personnel to go deep into residents' households, enterprises, and shops to conduct door-to-door investigations, and implement door-to-door services and tracking services for residents with reduced mobility, so as to realize the first time to discover, feedback and solve community conflicts and disputes, and to be a confidant and warm-hearted person of all ethnic groups.
