The drill simulated the typhoon, flood season heavy rain caused by the mountain road provincial highway S211 line K211 + 400 and C225 line K0 junction, K211 + 550, and other road sections on the upper slope landslide resulting in road traffic interruption, endangering the safety of the masses, Hanjiang Highway sub-center maintenance personnel found danger during the inspection, report the disaster situation step by step and upload the scene through WeChat video, the sub-center according to the uploaded on-site situation after the online investigation, immediately start the emergency plan, Combined with the situation of the road section where the disaster is located, the linkage mechanism was quickly activated, and the emergency team, support team, aircraft and equipment, and transport vehicles rushed to the scene within 45 minutes, and carried out rescue and emergency response work in an orderly manner in accordance with the overall requirements of "highland unity, unified command, division of labor and cooperation".
During the exercise, the program technical team conducted on-site investigation and determined the disposal plan; The Baochang team carried out on-site control and control of the road, and placed warning signs and sign cones; The rockfall demolition team arrived at the scene to split the boulder; The lodging tree removal team cuts the barricade tree pole and moves it to the outside of the shoulder or slippery side; The team drove loaders, excavators, flatbed trucks, and maintenance trucks to load and transport the split boulders and the cleared fallen trees. Each group of rescue personnel responded quickly, cooperated tacitly, each link was tense and orderly, the division of labor was clear, and after about 1 hour of fighting, the road was restored to smooth.
A total of more than 50 people participated in the drill, and 13 vehicles and equipment were dispatched, which comprehensively and truly demonstrated the response mechanism and processing procedures of the emergency plan for highway landslide disasters, improved the emergency command ability, cooperative combat ability and on-site disposal ability through the exercise, and accumulated valuable practical experience for highway flood control emergency rescue and rescue.
